1. The gantry spot welding mechanism allows for lateral adjustment of the electrode spacing. The stroke of the upper electrode is adjustable, enabling compensation for increased travel distance caused by electrode wear, thereby mitigating any negative impact on operational efficiency. The lower electrode assembly features an integrated automatic lifting mechanism, ensuring that it clears the wire mesh fixtures as the worktable advances.
2. Welding Power Source: The equipment is configured with two sets of medium-frequency resistance welding power sources to execute the welding process. It is controlled by two medium-frequency controllers, which allow for the setting, storage, and precise regulation of welding parameters. Each controller is capable of storing up to 15 distinct sets of welding specifications.
3. The gantry spot welding machine utilizes a PLC-based system with an LCD touch screen as its human-machine interface (HMI). The control system is capable of governing the various movements of both the main welding unit and the automatic feeding mechanism. It offers selectable operating modes, including both manual and automatic operation.
4. Machine Functionality: The lateral spacing of each pressurizing mechanism and the lower electrode can be adjusted to suit the specific requirements of the workpiece. The left and right electrodes are each equipped with an independent pressurizing mechanism, both of which allow for lateral spacing adjustments. The upper electrode stroke is adjustable to compensate for the effects of electrode wear on operational efficiency. The lower electrode assembly features an integrated automatic lifting function, ensuring that it clears the wire mesh fixtures as the worktable moves forward.
