I. Application Scope of Reinforcement Spot Welding Machines:
Spot and row welding machines are widely utilized for the cross-welding of various materials, including steel plates, carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, nickel-plated steel, and other alloy wires. They are applied in the automated spot welding of guardrails, shelving units, shopping carts, BBQ grills, pet cages, and storage rack shelves; as well as the row welding of partition grids, stainless steel corrugated wire racks, breeding cages, irregularly shaped mesh panels, BBQ mesh panels, air conditioner condensers, chrome-plated shelving units, fan guards, and stainless steel mesh panels. These machines facilitate the processing and production of a diverse range of hardware components. They are capable of performing various forms of spot, row, and projection welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, coated steels, and various non-ferrous metals in the form of wires, tubes, and other profiles.
Features of the Reinforcement Spot Welding Machine:
This equipment is primarily designed for the spot welding of sheet metal and is suitable for welding materials such as low-carbon steel and stainless steel. The system consists of two main components: the welding host unit and the automatic feeding mechanism for the wire mesh fixture.
1. Equipment Characteristics: This specialized welding machine is custom-designed to meet specific client requirements for welding galvanized steel plates.
2. Gantry Spot Welding Mechanism: The gantry welding mechanism allows for lateral adjustment of the electrode spacing. The stroke of the upper electrode is adjustable, enabling compensation for increased travel distance caused by electrode wear, thereby minimizing any adverse impact on operational efficiency. The lower electrode assembly features an integrated automatic lifting mechanism, ensuring that it clears the wire mesh fixture as the worktable advances.
3. Gantry Spot Welding Power Source: The equipment is configured with two sets of medium-frequency resistance welding power sources. It utilizes two corresponding medium-frequency controllers, which allow for the setting, storage, and precise control of welding parameters. Each controller is capable of storing up to 15 distinct sets of welding specifications.
4. Gantry Spot Welding Control Interface: The machine employs a PLC-based system with an LCD touch screen serving as the human-machine interface. The control system manages the individual movements of both the welding host unit and the automatic feeding mechanism. It offers selectable operating modes, including manual and automatic operation, as well as various welding modes.
5. Gantry Spot Welding Functionality: The lateral positioning of each pressure mechanism and the lower electrode can be adjusted to meet the specific requirements of the workpiece being welded. The left and right electrodes are each equipped with a dedicated pressurization mechanism, both of which allow for lateral spacing adjustment. The stroke of the upper electrode is adjustable, enabling compensation for the increased travel distance resulting from electrode wear, thereby mitigating any adverse effects on operational efficiency. The lower electrode assembly features an integrated automatic lifting mechanism, ensuring that it clears the wire mesh fixture as the worktable advances.
